EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICY
Underwear and bathing suits, being a garment for intimate use, do not have any type of change. We recommend making use of purchase vouchers when making gifts to avoid inconvenience.
The guarantee applies to garments with manufacturing defects verified by the SOUL INTIMATES product area. The company has three business days to inform you if your product meets the criteria established here for the exchange, which applies to warranty claims subject to availability or the refund of money that only applies to warranty claims.
The product had to comply with the washing and care recommendations.
The product must not be modified or altered from its original state. The garment must be in good condition and clean. You must present the purchase invoice or proof of payment. The claim must be made within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of purchase.
In the event that your product does not meet the criteria of our warranty policy, we will inform you with an email of the reason why it does not proceed and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address.
The money back only applies for reasons of claims verified by guarantee. It is done through transfer approximately within five (5) business days after receiving the product in our store. Or through the reversal of the payment in thirty (30) business days after receiving the product in our store.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Taxes may vary according to each country. The cost of taxes is paid by the client.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with number 7 of article 47 of Law 1480, goods for personal use such as underwear and bathing suits are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
